Leading content creation for GreenLake website, quarterly newsletter and host regular solution update meetings
Working with business operations team to ensure customer orders are booked and issues escalated/resolved
Learning about financial governance and helping track/report on business key performance indicators
Helping lead strategic programmes across the business
Analysing business data and creating management reports
