Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Services Sales Representative to join our Professional Services Sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you will drive growth within a defined set of accounts in the assigned region/territory and is accountable for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, qualifying leads, and driving all stages of the sales process for Blue Yonder’s Professional Service offerings.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives, fostering strategic partnerships
Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements, driving net-new services bookings and expand into new markets, industries and verticals
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts
Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder’s services to both new and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and execution of sales initiatives
Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners
Stay aligned with Blue Yonder’s overall product and services strategy
Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM
Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
Strong capability to understand customer needs and position solutions that effectively address business challenges
High level of curiosity, adaptability, and coachability, combined with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexibility to work across regional time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global sales teams
Fluency in English
additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions)
Nice to have:
Experience leveraging or experimenting with Generative AI tools to enhance outreach, messaging, or productivity is a distinct advantage
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable
Familiarity with sales enablement, ABM strategies, is desirable
