Job Description

The Services Hub Leader will be responsible for managing and operating multiple windfarms, involves driving operational rigor and efficiency, fostering a culture of safety among the site team, people management and managing customer issues, escalations and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of wind turbine technology, exceptional people management skills, site management experience and a proactive approach to resource planning and process standardization.

Job Responsibility

  • Management of Operation & Maintenance of multiple windfarms
  • Management and oversight of the site management teams
  • Serve as a primary customer interface for complex operational matters
  • Maintain compliance and proficiency of Contractual Full Services Agreements obligations
  • Manage assigned O&M KPIs at hub level to improve operational efficiency and performance
  • Ensure high wind farms availability targets
  • Minimize downtime to meet performance requirements
  • Liaison with internal functions to support site activities
  • Plan and allocate labor and parts
  • Ensure timely execution of corrective, preventive, and retrofit activities
  • Proactively anticipate and manage risks related to customers, contracts, and compliance
  • Independently manage customer issues and contractual matters
  • Ensure contractual operational rigor and effective customer interfaces
  • Manage technical coordination with FPM team and remote operation centers
  • Educate/update team about GE Vernova processes
  • Ensure Operations financial conditions are in balance

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine technology
  • Exceptional people management skills
  • Site management experience
  • Proactive approach to resource planning and process standardization
  • Excellent knowledge on wind turbine technology and its component details like gearbox, DFIG generators, blades, control systems etc
  • Strong people management skills to manage team comprises of both GE Vernova and supplier Techs
  • Ability to manage performance development
  • Champion a strong safety culture
  • Conduct regular audits/Gemba walks
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards

  • Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation designed to further your knowledge of store, district, and regional operations
  • Deepen your understanding of patient safety and error prevention, quality assurance drug utilization review (DUR), pharmacy professional standards such as corresponding responsibility and red flag detection
  • Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, patients’ prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations
  • Operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication
  • Demonstrate empathy and genuine care, and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture
  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
