The Services Hub Leader will be responsible for managing and operating multiple windfarms, involves driving operational rigor and efficiency, fostering a culture of safety among the site team, people management and managing customer issues, escalations and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of wind turbine technology, exceptional people management skills, site management experience and a proactive approach to resource planning and process standardization.
Job Responsibility
Management of Operation & Maintenance of multiple windfarms
Management and oversight of the site management teams and serve as a primary customer interface for complex operational matters
Maintain compliance and proficiency of Contractual Full Services Agreements obligations
Manage assigned O&M KPIs at hub level to improve operational efficiency and performance
Ensure high wind farms availability targets, minimize downtime to meet performance requirements
Liaison with internal functions to support site activities that require support related to complex issues impacting site operations and related customer interface
Plan and allocate labor and parts
ensure timely execution of corrective, preventive, and retrofit activities
Proactively anticipate and manage risks related to customers, contracts, and compliance by identifying potential issues and taking appropriate actions
Independently manage customer issues and contractual matters using effective problem-solving skills
Ensure contractual operational rigor and effective customer interfaces
Manage technical coordination with FPM team and remote operation centers for site issues
Manage performance development and ensure employees get platform and opportunity to demonstrate their contribution
Champion a strong safety culture
conduct regular audits/Gemba walks
ensure compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines
Ensure Operations financial conditions are in balance
Identify early financial impacts with risk adverse operation and business requirements needs
Requirements
