Job Description:

A Services Engagement Resource Planner in our Tech & Services division plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of internal and external resource (Services Partners) alignment based on the business demand of our Softcat customers. This role involves resource allocation, ensuring resource availability to meet business objectives and a focus on exemplary customer excellence. This role will work closely with Services Engagement Coordinators, T&S Teams and other parts of the business to ensure that resources are aligned effectively and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for resourcing into your specific Tech Tower opportunities for internal T&S resources or Services Partners
  • Inbox / Opportunity management and capturing essential data via our resourcing tool ZenDesk
  • Ownership and accountability of opportunities throughout the various resource alignment stages
  • Aligning and logging projects to allow T&S resource to keep track of their opportunities on various internal platforms
  • Ensure T&S resource aligned have the appropriate skills to meet the customers expectation
  • To confidently scope out and qualify opportunities with our Sales teams and stakeholders using various communication channels
  • Assist SE Engage Coordinators with the resourcing of Large & Complex opportunities
