Job Description:

The mission will be to optimize and enhance the spare parts and services business, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations, thereby increasing the value proposition. This will be achieved through interaction with technical managers from partner companies and participation in interdepartmental teams. The successful candidate will contribute to creating an efficient, customer-centric ecosystem that not only improves sales and profitability but also fosters innovation and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the after-sales business in conjunction with the department staff, identifying market needs and opportunities
  • Drive and support connectivity and connected services
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators and the Service Dashboard
  • Manage parts and service pricing and budgets to align with regional guidelines
  • Conduct a service center monitoring program: Network development (sales and support)
  • service level harmonization
  • Support and contribute to projects for process and system improvement, harmonization, and control
  • Track and monitor installed vehicle fleets
  • Benchmark services and spare parts in the market

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC and installations sector, and in sales and business development
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proactive
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English (B2 level) and Spanish (C1 level) is essential
  • A minimum B2 level of Catalan is highly recommended
  • Availability for occasional travel
