Job Description:

This position is accountable for Export transaction processed in GTRF Services.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects
Process trade transactions, identify and resolve trade capture errors (including exception management)
Reconcile trade activity between system of record and any trade-related documentation
Ensure all trade activity is confirmed
Escalate any issues relating to the trade transactions
Perform day-to-day trade processing
Provide expertise to customers’ enquiries and needs

Requirements:

Sound knowledge for Trade Service Operations
Relevant experience in Trade (especially Import & Guarantee) preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Excel
Good command of multitasking skills
Good command of punctuality
