Job Responsibility

  • Support the Customer Relationship Manager and/or Services Solution Architect or new equipment sales team by providing expertise in developing opportunities for contractual services solutions
  • Leads quotation development (including cost, scope, risks and commercial terms), and actively supports negotiation of related complex services agreements in order to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for preparing the required risk assessments and securing approvals for contractual services in line with Bühler's Delegation of Authority model
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, handover communications, and related documentation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quotation status, pricing updates, handover progress, and contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in quotation management, contract management and/or front-end sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and project management principles
  • Sound commercial understanding and risk management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
