Support the Customer Relationship Manager and/or Services Solution Architect or new equipment sales team by providing expertise in developing opportunities for contractual services solutions
Leads quotation development (including cost, scope, risks and commercial terms), and actively supports negotiation of related complex services agreements in order to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
Responsible for preparing the required risk assessments and securing approvals for contractual services in line with Bühler's Delegation of Authority model
Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, handover communications, and related documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quotation status, pricing updates, handover progress, and contract negotiations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
At least 2 years of experience in quotation management, contract management and/or front-end sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and project management principles
Sound commercial understanding and risk management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
