Job Description:

ServiceNow Test Analyst role involving software testing activities, manual testing, test case scripting, and working within Agile methodology and STLC process.

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in Software Testing activities
Good communication skills
Understanding of Agile Methodology
Knowledge of Functional Requirement Document/Traceability Matrix
Good hands-on scripting Test cases
Good hands-on experience in Manual testing
Knowledge of Java (not mandatory)
Knowledge of Service Now/Salesforce (added advantage)
Good understanding of the STLC process

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Service Now/Salesforce
Knowledge of Java
