Wissen is seeking a strong ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands‑on experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong platform knowledge, and the ability to translate legal and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation for legal operations across global clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of ServiceNow LSD, including legal intake, matter management, request workflows, and related service processes
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective, secure solutions
Develop high‑quality configurations, scripts, flows, and integrations following ServiceNow best practices
Provide technical leadership across development teams and ensure platform architecture compliance
Integrate ServiceNow with legal ops tools, document repositories (e.g., iManage, SharePoint), and enterprise systems
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated with the ServiceNow roadmap, especially enhancements within the LSD product suite
Contribute to Solution Design Documents (SDDs), technical designs, and project documentation
Requirements:
Proven, hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
Deep understanding of legal intake processes, matter lifecycle, and legal service workflows
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and platform scripting
Experience working with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP integrations
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ACL/security, and enterprise design principles
Experience collaborating with Legal Ops, Compliance, or related functions
Understanding of ITIL concepts and ability to apply them in non‑IT domains
