ServiceNow Technical Architect

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with architecture standards and business goals
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow architecture roadmap and ensure platform scalability and performance
• Lead the technical design of solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and security standards
• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators
• Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with data governance policies
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer role
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of internal and client staff and management
• Ability to effectively communicate and articulate with technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong ethical foundation, capable of thriving in an environment and culture where honesty, integrity, and accountability are core values
