Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assist with design, support, & implementation of ServiceNow Professional and future functionality of ServiceNow as needed
Work with Service Managers and/or project teams on planning and testing of new functionality or improvement of existing modules
Assist ServiceNow Administrators with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances
Designs and develops solutions for Service Catalog Items, general features, and enhancements using 3rd party applications and API’s
Perform audits to ensure compliance requirements are met & remediation actions are taken as needed
Work with ServiceNow vendors on projects and ongoing support

Requirements:

5+ years of ServiceNow developer/solution architect experience
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework
JavaScript, HTML/HTML5 a plus
Understands and can apply object-oriented software principles
Ability to work efficiently and productively independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel 10% of the time
Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow required
6+ years of experience in the IT Industry required
Experience of custom applications development
Meticulous approach to work with excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with Clients
Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
The ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
A flexible attitude to working patterns is helpful to meet Client needs and deadlines
Knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, processes, and implementation for ServiceNow ITSM Professional
Knowledge of Service-now custom Application Design & Development
Hands-on design, development, testing, and deployment experience
Experience on additional modules GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, TSM Portal (at least 3-4 module experience)
ServiceNow certifications required

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
Worked on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM
Experience in working on Angular, React, CSS
Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal
