Job Description

As a ServiceNow Software Engineer, you will lead, design, develop, configure, and customize (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services. You will deliver new functionality across applications, support the entire development lifecycle and assist the platform support with product related incident resolution.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, and APIs
  • Design and implement scalable solutions focused on the ServiceNow Service Catalog module
  • Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and customizations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, etc
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Enhance user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery
  • Maintain and update Service Catalog offerings to ensure scalability and usability
  • Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance workflow automation
  • Document all configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure clear communication and future scalability
  • Present product demos and technical showcases for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology
  • or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing ServiceNow solutions (especially, Integrated Risk Management and SecOps modules)
  • 2+ experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module is a must
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Security Operations processes
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow platform development, especially Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and scripting languages
  • Proficient in creating Server-side and Client-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (both written and oral)
