Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB: Validate that platform functionality works as expected, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and designs. Interpret and validate technical specifications and designs for ServiceNow applications and modules. Validate application functionality built by developers and system administrators before promoting the configuration into production. Create comprehensive test plans and coordinate all test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate customer testing activities, including test plan creation, test case development, and test execution. Lead and execute automated testing using ATF (Automated Test Framework). Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to ensure continuous quality improvement. Ensure proficiency and best practices across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM). ABOUT YOU: Experience in ServiceNow quality assurance or a similar role (minimum 5 years). Expertise in ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM). Experience with automated testing and the use of ATF (Automated Test Framework). Experience working in an Agile Safe environment. Proficiency in interpreting and validating technical specifications and designs. Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and coordinating test activities. Proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
