Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the implementation of Configuration Management (CMDB) within a complex enterprise environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end CMDB & IT Configuration Management implementation
  • Define outcomes, roadmap, and delivery plan with stakeholders
  • Manage project lifecycle (scope, budget, risks, resources)
  • Oversee integrations, Discovery, and automated data sources
  • Ensure quality and consistency of configuration data (CIs & services)

Requirements

  • 5+ years Project Management experience (IT/SaaS)
  • Proven CMDB / IT Configuration Management experience
  • Strong ServiceNow knowledge (CMDB, Discovery, integrations)
  • Experience with ITIL processes
  • Fluent in English (C1) + Dutch or French (C level)
  • Eligible to work in Belgium

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CSDM
  • Experience in large, complex environments
  • Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar
