Job Description:

ServiceNow Procurement Process Owner responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of procurement processes within the ServiceNow platform. Works closely with stakeholders from procurement, finance, and IT departments to streamline procurement workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design and implementation of procurement processes within the ServiceNow platform
Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for ServiceNow procurement products
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes
Translate business needs into actionable product features and user stories
Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features
Configure and customize ServiceNow Procurement modules
Define and document procurement policies, procedures, and workflows
Collaborate with UX/UI designers on user interface
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of procurement processes
Serve as subject matter expert on procurement best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow product application
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Procurement modules
Ability to design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, and related components
4+ years of hands-on experience in supporting procurement processes
At least 1 year of working with and managing Source-to-Pay application suite within the ServiceNow platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in project management using Agile
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow Procurement modules including Procurement Catalog, Purchase Orders, Vendor Performance, and Contract Management
Experience with integrations between ServiceNow Procurement modules and third-party systems
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools
Professional certifications in procurement, project management, or ServiceNow administration
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Procurement certification
