Salt is looking for a ServiceNow Presales Consultant to support the growth of a leading ServiceNow practice. This role is focused on understanding client requirements, shaping ServiceNow solutions, and supporting high-volume presales activities through proposals, demos, and client engagements. You will work closely with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to help position ServiceNow effectively across enterprise customers.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with clients to understand business, functional, and technical requirements
Translate client requirements into high-level ServiceNow solution designs and proposals
Support and contribute to presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and estimates
Deliver ServiceNow demos, solution walkthroughs, and presentations to customers
Act as a technical advisor during early-stage sales and discovery conversations
Collaborate with internal Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to align solutions and messaging
Manage multiple presales opportunities concurrently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases, features, and best practices
Requirements:
2-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or client-facing ServiceNow role
Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM (exposure to ITOM, CSM, HRSD is a plus)
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and articulate client requirements
Experience contributing to or preparing presales proposals and documentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a high-volume presales environment
Nice to have:
Arabic speaking capability
Experience working for a ServiceNow Partner or Consultancy
ServiceNow certifications (CSA or module certifications)
Exposure to enterprise or multi-country implementations
