Job Description

As our ServiceNow Platform Specialist, you’ll be the connector between our global business users and our external technical experts, turning ideas into scalable, future‑ready solutions. Working alongside other SHV Holding companies that use ServiceNow, you’ll help shape Nutreco’s IT platform that can grow with us and supports a unified, efficient and resilient IT ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate business requests into clear, scalable platform designs
  • Build simple flows and shape functional designs that guide technical delivery
  • Review delivered work of the external partner, challenge quality and ensure platform standards are met
  • Run manual and automated tests to safeguard upgrades, releases and new features
  • Improve platform usability, upgradeability and performance by using data
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders and contribute to SHV-wide ServiceNow initiatives
  • Support rollouts of new initiatives and extend existing capabilities into new functional areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science or a similar degree
  • Solid ServiceNow expertise, including ITSM, CMDB, and Integration HUB
  • Good understanding of IT processes, preferably ITIL certified
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for QA and basic code‑review purposes
  • Confidence reviewing flows and technical outcomes with a critical eye
  • Comfortable working with both business and technical teams across time zones
  • Focused on scalable, clean solutions and continuous platform improvement
