Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer for an ongoing project. The contract duration is 6 months initially with extension.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Platform Engineer with over 5 years of experience in custom application development, system integrations, and overall platform administration
  • Strong expertise in building scoped applications, delivering new capabilities, and leading complex implementations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and advanced scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting AI governance solutions, including ServiceNow AI Control Tower and comparable platforms
  • Solid understanding of AI regulatory and compliance frameworks (AI Act, GDPR, DORA), with hands-on experience embedding compliance controls into technical architectures
  • Proficient in workflow automation, AI/data asset lifecycle management, and risk management processes
  • Experienced in designing and implementing REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns to connect ServiceNow with external systems
  • Strong programming background in JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) and Python (AI/ML and integrations), with working knowledge of Java, Bash, and HTML
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into measurable business value and compliance-driven outcomes
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
