  • CAD, Implementation Specialist, and micro-certifications preferred. Domain Knowledge: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB workflows. Other Skills: Strong analytical ability, Agile experience, independent work style, and willingness for after-hours support.
