Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Design and customise ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform features
  • Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
  • Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and developed code
  • Ensure quality assurance by adhering to best practices, standards, and security protocols
  • Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
  • Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
  • Familiarity with different SCDL workflows
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Experience in team leadership

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • Micro certification in Service Portal
