Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator who can translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring sustainable configurations and adherence to best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and configuration teams
Enhance user experience by leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box features and minimizing technical debt
Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators
Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow capabilities
Lead and coordinate work across multiple geographies and diverse cultures to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow module usage and integrations aligned with organizational goals
Stay current with emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and predictive intelligence, and recommend adoption where beneficial
