ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer

This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed. We’re seeking a ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer for the ServiceNow Stewardship & Delivery Empowerment team. The ServiceNow ecosystem at Wells Fargo is large and complex, with over 50 product teams from multiple Lines of Businesses delivering on the platform. Our team ensures the integrity and scalability of the ServiceNow platform by establishing and enforcing standards which promote consistency, reduce risk, and accelerate value delivery across the enterprise. We empower teams through clear and concise documentation, technical oversight, and collaborative engagement, enabling innovation while safeguarding platform health and stability. In this role you will define standards and best processes, build automation to ensure adherence, innovate with AI, and develop and maintain ‘ServiceNow Central,’ a portal for ServiceNow product teams and business stakeholders.
