Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow ITSM Tester for a fully onsite role supporting large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on testing experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to work closely with onsite technical and business teams to ensure high-quality platform releases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow ITSM applications
  • Test ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB
  • Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, SLAs, and forms
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and execution reports
  • Identify, log, track, and resolve defects using ServiceNow or JIRA
  • Work onsite with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Support release cycles, patching, hotfixes, and platform upgrades
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, enterprise standards, and compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior testers when required

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall testing experience, with strong focus on ServiceNow ITSM
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 / v4 processes
  • Proven experience testing ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and configurations
  • Experience with ServiceNow releases and upgrade testing
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% onsite environment

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow CSA or ITSM certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF or test automation tools
  • Background in large enterprise or utility environments
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
