Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Tester to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and Azure, performing testing and validation to ensure high-quality IT operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM modules
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ITOM components
  • Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, and AWS
  • Ensure CMDB data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation
  • Track defects in JIRA and report QA metrics
  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and smoke testing
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to identify and resolve defects
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
  • Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
