Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Developer Location – Remote FTE Only

Job Responsibility:

  • Development & Configuration: Configure ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Workspace, Software Asset Workspace, flow designer, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, from procurement and receipt to deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Integration & Data: Build integrations with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, AWS) to maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accuracy.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Implement software license compliance, normalization rules, and create executive dashboards for asset spend and utilization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing and configuring ServiceNow ITAM Modules (HAM & SAM)
  • Implement and customize asset life cycle workflows.
  • Configure SAM features
  • Integrate ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, Discovery and other data sources
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts), and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM Professional and HAM Professional.
  • Experience configuring discovery tools and managing CMDB, ITIL foundation knowledge

Nice to have:

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SAM or CIS-HAM) are highly preferred.
