This role focuses on leading the ServiceNow rollout across county departments. The person in this seat will guide planning, gather requirements, run workshops, manage timelines, and make sure the implementation lands smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the overall implementation of ServiceNow at the county level
Run workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes
Work with the configuration specialist to translate requirements into platform solutions
Coordinate with departments to support adoption and workflow changes
Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
Support user testing, training, and go live planning
Work on site in Pontiac two days a week to support meetings and stakeholder work
Requirements:
Experience leading ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of business process design and workflow mapping
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical groups
Experience working with large organizations or public sector environments
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
