Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end design, solution architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, specifically HRSD
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows, case management, knowledge management, employee lifecycle, and service delivery processes
  • Provide architectural governance, ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements
  • Guide development teams (onsite/offshore) with best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
  • Lead integration design with enterprise systems—HRIS, Identity Management, ERP platforms, etc. Deep knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow and Workday is important
  • Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements
  • Own creation of technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data models
  • Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building
  • Participate in roadmap planning, platform upgrades, and ServiceNow release management

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD—Case & Knowledge management, Employee Service Center, HR workflows, Lifecycle Events, Service Portal
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect designing complex enterprise implementations
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal / UI Builder, Scoped Applications, Performance Analytics
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and service management frameworks
  • Experience in integrations with systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS platforms
