Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications in a large enterprise environment
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items end-to-end, including workflows, approvals, SLAs, and fulfillment logic
  • Translate business needs (HR, IT, Office Services) into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Leverage Flow Designer and Workflow Editor beyond out-of-the-box configurations
  • Develop using ServiceNow scripting tools: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies & UI Actions, ACLs
  • Support ITAM workflows across the full asset lifecycle (request → deploy → assign → retire)
  • Contribute to onboarding/offboarding automation processes
  • Implement role-based provisioning and asset assignment logic
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work with CMDB data models, relationships, and transform maps
  • Support Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives (not a primary focus)
  • Contribute to implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications in an enterprise environment
  • Strong experience with: JavaScript and Glide API
  • UI development
  • Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
