We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSM modules, strong scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
Configure and customize FSM modules including: Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Task Scheduling, Agent Workspace, Mobile Workforce
Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
Build and customize Flows, Workflows, and IntegrationHub spokes
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, asset systems, GIS, etc.)
Optimize FSM performance, scalability, and user experience
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and field operations teams
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment issue resolution
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Requirements:
8–12+ years overall IT experience
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
3+ years specifically with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation
Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, and CSDM
Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App / Mobile Workforce
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model and security
