Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSM modules, strong scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Configure and customize FSM modules including: Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Task Scheduling, Agent Workspace, Mobile Workforce
  • Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
  • Build and customize Flows, Workflows, and IntegrationHub spokes
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, asset systems, GIS, etc.)
  • Optimize FSM performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and field operations teams
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
  • Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years overall IT experience
  • 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
  • 3+ years specifically with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation
