Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with FSM modules, mobile workforce enablement, integrations, and workflow automation, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable field service solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow FSM applications including Work Orders, Task Management, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Mobile
  • Configure and enhance FSM modules such as: Work Order Management
  • Agent Workspace
  • Scheduling & Dispatch
  • Mobile FSM
  • Inventory & Asset Management
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows/Flow Designer for FSM use cases
  • Customize FSM Mobile App for field technicians (offline/online sync, forms, UI actions)
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with ERP, CRM, GIS, and third-party systems
  • Implement security, ACLs, roles, and data access controls
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT and production deployments
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and upgrade compatibility
