ABOUT THE JOB: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability across all environments. Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation. Manage support for incidents and provide timely resolution. Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades. Oversee instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists. Provide configuration assistance and support to developers. Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure effective management of cloud-based platforms. Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM. Administer and support additional ICT systems and Jira as required.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and modules (ITSM, CSM)

  • Expertise working in Agile Safe environments
  • Strong background in cloud platform management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in English
