ServiceNow Expert Admin

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability across all environments
• Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation
• Manage support for incidents and provide timely resolution
• Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades
• Oversee instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists
• Provide configuration assistance and support to developers
• Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure effective management of cloud-based platforms
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM
• Administer and support additional ICT systems and Jira as required

• Experience in ServiceNow administration with at least 5 years in a similar position
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and modules (ITSM, CSM)
• Experience administering ICT systems and Jira
• Expertise working in Agile Safe environments
• Strong background in cloud platform management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Proficiency in English
