Job Description:

We anticipate an upcoming requirement for an experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant, with a specific focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The engagement is expected to start mid to late February, subject to final client confirmation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on ServiceNow expert with proven experience delivering ITAM/HAM implementations across multiple client environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management, launching initially with Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Configure and optimise HAM processes in line with ServiceNow best practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support discovery, asset lifecycle management, and data normalization activities
  • Ensure alignment between ITAM processes and wider ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation where required

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Proven expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Track record of multiple end-to-end ITAM/HAM implementations within ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle processes
