Job Description:

12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension. Canberra based. Hybrid arrangement (Not remote). Australian Citizens Only. Must be able to obtain NV1 clearance.

Job Responsibility:

Leading, managing and mentoring a development team, including setting priorities, allocating work, and fostering a high-performance culture
developing and maintaining development plans and schedules to ensure milestones are delivered are on time, within budget and are of a high quality
in collaboration with IT and business teams, developing best practices for ServiceNow development, assisting to document knowledge transfer materials and uplift agency capability
performing regular performance testing, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure system stability
liaising with technical teams and business area staff to facilitate the rapid resolution of issues and/or faults within fielded ServiceNow applications and modules, and those still under development

Requirements:

Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a development team to deliver quality results on time and within budget using Agile methodology
hands-on technical lead experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and acting as the conduit between business and technical teams
experience leading teams in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards, including ITSM, ITOM and HR
demonstrated experience managing and delivering results to a high quality, within time constraints and with competing priorities

Must be able to obtain NV1 clearance
