We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes
Create and maintain workflows and Flow Designer implementations
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Implement ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Work on Service Portal customization
Perform unit testing and support UAT
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Prepare technical documentation
Requirements:
Strong experience in ServiceNow development
Hands-on experience in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog
Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP
Experience in Integration with third-party tools
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in Flow Designer & Integration Hub
Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade & patch management
Strong communication skills
Analytical & problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to have:
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Preferred
