Job Description:

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a Global consulting firm to design, develop and implement ServiceNow using modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM on a mission critical project.

Job Responsibility:

Configure, develop, and customise core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM
Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and other relevant technologies
Automate service provisioning and deprovisioning using Flow Designer, orchestrations, and custom scripts
Establish and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) within ServiceNow
Develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and workflows, including role assignments, approvals, and auditing

Requirements:

Experience in development, installation and configuration for ServiceNow across multiple modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM
Experience with implementing and managing discovery for accurate CI detection
Maintaining robust CMDB structures
Developing CSDM framework
Advanced integration experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs
Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
ServiceNow Certifications
