You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance business workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Create and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog)
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools
Manage the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accuracy
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Work with IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM knowledge
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
