Job Responsibility:

Implementation of processes in ServiceNow
Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate the clients data to ServiceNow
Setup API integration between ServiceNow and clients local resources
Analysis and creation of automated exports from ServiceNow to feed internal customers' needs
Analysis and configuration of email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow
Workflow design in ServiceNow
Migration of existing tools to ServiceNow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
ServiceNow Certified (Development)
Experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Automations and Integrations
Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience leading and collaborating with teams across local, nearshore and offshore locations
A clear passion for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
working in a complex and big structure with external stakeholders
Capabilities of working with external stakeholders
Strong communication, explanation, and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English and Dutch/French
