We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, and ensure platform stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Configure core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), CMDB, and Service Portal
  • Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools
  • Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Support data imports, transformations, and CMDB population
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability best practices
  • Participate in release management, upgrades, and patching activities
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
  • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
