We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, integration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high‑quality solutions, ensure platform stability, and apply best practices across ServiceNow applications, Service Portal, and integrations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom components
Build, enhance, and customise Service Portal features, ensuring effective collaboration with functional and technical teams
Deliver and support complex third-party integrations, including web services and plugin‑based solutions
Apply strong understanding of CMDB and Asset Management concepts
Improve platform stability, performance, and coverage through continuous optimisation and best practices
Produce and maintain documentation for development, designs, and configurations
Partner with developers, administrators, and business analysts to support seamless communication across technical and non-technical teams
Ensure adherence to development standards, security controls, and quality assurance guidelines
Share knowledge, provide training, and support team capability building
Stay informed about new ServiceNow features, integration tools, and automation capabilities to improve solution delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including client‑side and server‑side scripting and JavaScript
Advanced understanding of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development
Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including experience with ceremonies and workflows
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges
Effective organisational and time‑management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse environments
Experience leading a team is advantageous
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and Service Portal micro‑certification
