Job Responsibility:
Self-motivated professional with a strong track record on the ServiceNow platform, delivering medium to complex solutions
Lead development and customization of Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace experiences
Design and develop custom UI components (Now Experience Framework) for Agent Workspaces
Build responsive, user-centric interfaces using UI Builder, components, data resources, and client scripts
Translate business requirements into scalable portal and workspace solutions
Develop and maintain reusable custom components, widgets, and UI frameworks
Work on CSM and ITSM module implementations with focus on enhanced user experience
Perform instance upgrades and patching across multiple environments
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow scripting
Hands-on experience with Service Portal (widgets, AngularJS, theming), UI Builder & Now Experience Framework, Custom component development (Web Components / Now UI Framework)
Expertise in ServiceNow APIs, Glide APIs, and platform capabilities
Strong experience in Integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub)
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Experience with ATF, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent integrations
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Strong expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, and custom workspace component development
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Nice to have:
Experience working on MSP-based (multi-tenant) ServiceNow instances
Exposure to end-to-end UI/UX transformation initiatives on ServiceNow
