Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major player in the European Tech sector, specializes in consulting, digital services, and software development. The ServiceNow Developer Module Lead will be responsible for ServiceNow platform development, workflow management, and working directly with clients to manage requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Understand customer requirements and work on requests
manage workflows of Medium to Complex in nature
work on Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers
interact with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements

Requirements:

Proven track record in working on ServiceNow Platform
experience in ServiceNow Development from medium to complex needs
ability to understand customer requirements and work on requests
experience in ServiceNow CSM modules
experience in managing workflows of Medium to Complex in nature
working experience on Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers
experience in scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
very good experience working with relational databases
good understanding of Database and Tables
experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have:

ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Foundation
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Micro-Certification: Automated Test Framework
Micro-Certification: Flow Designer
Micro-Certification: Integration Hub
Micro-Certification: Virtual Agent
