3 to 5 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solution
5 to 7 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization
Knowledge of web based development languages
specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Understand full application lifecycle
ITIL/ServiceNow certified
Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
Past work experience of ServiceNow
English and Japanese both skills are required because English is mandatory to communicate with other stakeholders at Honeywell from different countries and Japanese is required to communicate with local persons/stakeholders.
