  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solution
  • 5 to 7 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization
  • Knowledge of web based development languages
  • specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
  • Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
  • Understand full application lifecycle
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certified
  • Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
  • Past work experience of ServiceNow
  • English and Japanese both skills are required because English is mandatory to communicate with other stakeholders at Honeywell from different countries and Japanese is required to communicate with local persons/stakeholders.
