Job Description

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Assists with training non-technical personnel. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
  • Develop workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
  • Architect and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, and governance frameworks
  • Build and customize ServiceNow portals and widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Jelly
  • Develop Service Catalog items, Virtual Agent, Record Producers, and automated workflows
  • Implement ServiceNow Orchestration and provisioning automation
  • Configure and support Event Management integrations
  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform (upgrades, patching, performance tuning)
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and best practices
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Implement and optimize Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide production support and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Strong programming skills in: JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, GlideScript
  • Solid understanding of: ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years
