Job Description:

ServiceNow Consultant - Common Service Data Model position at Inetum, focusing on formulating and maintaining strategies for CSDM, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical advice on data modelling and architecture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Formulate and maintain strategies and roadmaps for CSDM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements for data models and Master Data Architecture
  • Devise a product portfolio that corresponds with the Advanced Product Catalogue and Sales/Order Management module
  • Guarantee data integrity and consistency throughout the platform
  • Provide technical advice on data modelling and architecture
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of CSDM
  • Specify integration requirements for ServiceNow modules and external systems
  • Develop detailed design documentation and estimate implementation efforts
  • Supervise upgrades by reviewing documents, holding awareness sessions, conducting impact assessments, and performing tests

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and CSDM module (valid CSA & CIS CMDB and CSDM)
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementations
  • Understanding of data modelling and architecture
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in data governance and management
