Job Description:

ServiceNow Consultant - Common Service Data Model position at Inetum, focusing on formulating and maintaining strategies for CSDM, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical advice on data modelling and architecture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Formulate and maintain strategies and roadmaps for CSDM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements for data models and Master Data Architecture
  • Devise a product portfolio that corresponds with the Advanced Product Catalogue and Sales/Order Management module
  • Guarantee data integrity and consistency throughout the platform
  • Provide technical advice on data modelling and architecture
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of CSDM
  • Specify integration requirements for ServiceNow modules and external systems
  • Develop detailed design documentation and estimate implementation efforts
  • Supervise upgrades by reviewing documents, holding awareness sessions, conducting impact assessments, and performing tests

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and CSDM module (valid CSA & CIS CMDB and CSDM)
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementations
  • Understanding of data modelling and architecture
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in data governance and management

  • Develop and curate distinctive, practice-focused content to support consulting delivery activities
  • Design a comprehensive, holistic enablement curriculum for the ITOM practice accessible to all roles/levels within the organization
  • Assess the effectiveness of enablement investments and programs and implement updates when appropriate
  • Ensure delivery model is focused on customer success outcomes while advocating excellence and effectiveness
  • Partner with sales team to drive bookings and closure of opportunities
  • Build and sustain collateral to support the sales and presales function including white papers, case studies, and industry commentary
