Job Description:

ServiceNow Consultant - Time Reporting position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role involves designing and implementing time reporting solutions within ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring integration with other modules and third-party systems.

Job Responsibility:

Align with business goals and objectives
Design and implement time reporting solutions within ServiceNow
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for tracking billable and actual hours for all CSM/ITSM tickets
Design automated test scenarios for custom development
Develop and maintain the time reporting product roadmap
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
Conduct regular reviews and updates of the time reporting platform
Ensure the time reporting solution integrates with other ServiceNow modules
Integrate time reporting with third-party systems
Create low-level design documentation and estimate the implementation
Manage upgrades, including document review, awareness sessions, impact analysis, and testing

Requirements:

Proficient in ServiceNow platform and time reporting module (CSA and CIS SPM certifications)
Implemented time reporting solutions in ServiceNow
Knowledge of time tracking processes and ServiceNow best practices
Skilled in communication and stakeholder management
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experienced with Agile methodologies and project management
