Job Description:

This role focuses on the hands on configuration and technical build of ServiceNow. The person in this seat will translate requirements into forms, workflows, automations, and integrations that support the county’s operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure ServiceNow modules based on business and technical requirements
  • Build forms, workflows, business rules, and automation
  • Support integrations with other county systems
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support testing
  • Document configuration and maintain platform standards
  • Partner with the implementation team to guide technical feasibility

Requirements:
