Job Responsibility:

  • Manage CMDB health
  • Review the existing configuration: attributes, flow, CIs, Groups, Teams, etc
  • Prepare the CMDB to be able to implement effectively ITSM in ServiceNow
  • Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects
  • Propose automation whenever possible
  • Manage Technical documentation
  • Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance
  • Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups)
  • Maintain instance performance by regular checkups
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues
  • Deploy update sets from non-prod environments
  • Set-up automatic notifications and alerts
  • Set-up and schedule reports
  • Develop and manage standard load template to import data
  • Provide process training to business owners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience of minimum 5 years on a similar role
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow (configuration, administration, development, management and deployment)
  • Strong knowledge on CMDB modules - CMDB configuration, administration and usage
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and workflows
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML and Web services REST, API, SOAP
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure and ITOM
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification and ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Good level of English
