Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Architect to join our consulting team, and Architecture Practice. In this role, you will lead a FinXL-delivered project, driving a strategic CMDB review and capability uplift program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect the CMDB future state aligned to ServiceNow CSDM best practices
  • Lead Service Definition Workshops with Enterprise Architects and service owners
  • Design the ongoing governance model and Data Certification schedules
  • Establish CMDB Data Manager policies for retire/archive lifecycles
  • Define IRE rules and multisource precedence strategies for data integrity
  • Advise on the strategic roadmap for HAM and Now Assist (GenAI) readiness
  • Map core business applications and establish clear data ownership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect with deep ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM expertise
  • Proven track record leading CMDB remediation and data quality uplift programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at the enterprise level
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management
  • Experience designing ServiceNow HAM and Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities
  • Ability to bridge current cleanup activities into long-term strategic roadmaps
