We have an opportunity with one of the UK’s biggest Retailers who have a network of branches nationwide. They require a Senior Project Manager to support the changes being made to their ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a good appreciate of ServiceNow (Or content management systems) and have supported Change & Communication plans. Due to the environment, they’ll be looking for candidates who have Agile/Scrum experience so’re able to outline changes via User Stories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, driving them to successful completion on time and within budget
  • Conduct all required Project management activities, including accurate planning, forecasting of resource and budget needs, tracking and reporting on delivery progress and escalating programme-level risks and issues to the relevant stakeholders (e.g., steering committee)
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Communicate project status to senior leadership and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow (Or content management systems) experience
